(Easy, breezy, beautiful) Nutella Cookies
Makes ~15 cookies (depends on the size you decide on)
Prep time: 15 minutes
Bake time: 13 minutes

Ingredients
1 cup Nutella
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 whole egg
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F
Blend all ingredients together well. Form into 1” balls. Place on a cookie sheet. Press down firmly with the bottom of a glass. Bake 7-8 minutes or until set. Cool

Play-by-play
The dough was rather crumbly– I had to act a dollop more nutella to get it to stick together better
In fact, when forming the balls and pressing them down with the glass, pieces often came off and I had to re-shape a few.
They turned out really well though– crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside (and nutella-y all around!) They were a great hit at the party I took them to, and so simple to make!

Ooh, sounds delicious. I only had Nutella for the first time 2 summers ago, and it was in a microwave Mug Cake and I now I just want to put it on/in everything! Looking forward to seeing yours and any possible alterations!
